Information you provide

• App descriptions, names, feature lists, and other listing copy you enter into the studio
• Optional images you upload (screenshots and app icons), which may be processed in your browser and/or sent to our servers to generate previews and exports
• Payment and billing details when you purchase a listing pack (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
• Support messages and other communications you send us (including via the contact form)

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages or API routes requested
• Cookies or similar storage used to keep the site working — including a signed cookie that records whether you unlocked ZIP downloads after payment
• Local browser storage used to restore your in-progress listing after checkout or a refresh (stored on your device)

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services
• Generate listing copy and store assets (including via third-party AI providers when enabled)
• Process payments and unlock purchased downloads
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services
• Protect security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

When AI features are enabled, content you submit (such as app overviews) and related generation requests may be sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to produce listing copy and visual atmospheres. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with those providers under their terms and policies.

Generated outputs may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing copy and assets before publishing them to App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or anywhere else.

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment information needed to complete your transaction. Their use of your data is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. We receive limited payment status and related metadata so we can unlock your download.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us run the Services (for example hosting, payment processing, and AI generation)
• Professional advisors, or authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety
• A successor entity if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies (such as the export-unlock cookie after payment) and may use local/session storage in your browser to preserve your studio draft. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings; doing so may remove unlock status or unsaved drafts.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill purchases, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Studio drafts stored in your browser remain until you clear them. Unlock cookies expire after a limited period (currently 48 hours).

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

The Services may be hosted and processed in the United States or other locations where we or our providers operate. If you access the Services from outside those locations, you understand your information may be transferred internationally.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us. We may need to verify your request before responding.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
